Pramana — Allegations vs Evidence on Pawan Kalyan & Janasena
Document-backed rebuttals to false allegations against Pawan Kalyan and the Janasena Party — covering the Sugali Preethi case, the Janwada land issue, and the “30,000 missing girls” claim. ప్రమాణ — పవన్ కళ్యాణ్, జనసేనపై ఆరోపణలకు అధికారిక ఆధారాలతో సమాధానం.
Sugali Preethi case (సుగాలి ప్రీతి కేసు) — Verdict: False
Allegation: No movement in the Sugali Preethi case even 24 months after the coalition government, blaming Pawan Kalyan.
The record: FIR 221/2017 was registered in Kurnool. After Pawan Kalyan’s 12 Feb 2020 rally, the case was handed to the CBI on 27 Feb 2020 (G.O.Ms.No.37). WP 16394/2020 lay un-listed for about four years and was heard only after Kalyan became Deputy CM (09/09/2024). The case is now transferred to the CBI and is before the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

Janwada land issue (జన్వాడ భూమి వాస్తవాలు) — Verdict: Baseless
Allegation: Pawan Kalyan bought prohibited / cheruvu land in Janwada village.
The record: The Rangareddy Collector’s certificate lists survey nos. 705, 707 and 708 as prohibited — survey 706 (Kalyan’s land) is not listed, so the 2014 registration is legal. ‘Kodi Cheruvu’ lies in S.No. 707, not 706. The Encumbrance Certificate shows transactions in 1994, 2005 and 2006. Bhubharathi records it as Shikam Patta agricultural land, which the High Court (Goriga Bhimsen vs State of Telangana) permits owners to hold and cultivate.

Missing girls — the real numbers (తప్పిపోయిన మహిళల అంశం) — Verdict: Missing context
Allegation: Around 30,000 girls and women have gone missing.
The record: The 30,000 figure is cited without official context. The Ministry of Home Affairs answered this in Parliament on 26 July 2023 (MoS Shri Ajay Kumar Mishra), placing State/UT-wise data on missing girls (below 18) and women (above 18) for 2019, 2020 and 2021 on the record.
