Inspected a polluted lake in Bheemili constituency and ordered an inter-departmental enquiry. Immediate action was taken to remove the pollutants and ensure public safety.




Addressed the press at the APPCB Zonal Office, Vizag, on the current air pollution status of the city.




Reviewed the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system at the Dr. Reddy's FTO-11 unit in Pydibheemavaram SEZ.




Distributed clay Ganesha idols for an eco-friendly Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 at the Vizag Collectorate, in the presence of the Vizag Collector and Vizag MP Shri Bharat.
Monitored the ZLD trial run process and its operational efficiency at Dr. Reddy's Lab FTO-11 plant, Pydibhimavaram, along with the Srikakulam APPCB Executive Engineer. A Jamun (Black Plum) sapling was planted on the ZLD unit premises and instructions were issued to strictly adhere to the 33% green cover policy.



Reviewed the maintenance of 33% green cover by industries in Pydibhimavaram SEZ. As per the directives of the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister Shri Pawan Kalyan, instructions were issued to the environmental departments of these industries on planting native saplings and geo-tagging them for conservation.
Within hours of the issue being reported, APPCB Vijayawada EE, Mr. Srinivas, and his team identified the location where expired medicines had been dumped. Approximately 4 kg of discarded and expired medicines were collected and sent to a CBMWTF for safe disposal.
Under the leadership of the Honourable Deputy CM, @PawanKalyan garu, APPCB is committed to a clean and safe environment.

16 Sep 2026: the APPCB team collects the medicines at the site and sends them for safe disposal.





Participated as the Chief Guest at the Swachh Sagar Surakshit Sagar 5.0 programme organised by the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB) at Rushikonda Beach.
The programme was conducted to raise public awareness about coastal cleanliness and environmental protection, while encouraging collective responsibility towards keeping our beaches clean and safeguarding the marine environment.
